Website Use

Service Terms
All repair services are subject to a written estimate accepted by the customer before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary from the estimate if additional issues are discovered during repair, with customer approval required before proceeding beyond the original estimate.
Warranty
Labor on repair services is warranted for 1 year from the date of service. Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranty. Glass panels carry a manufacturer warranty against seal failure. This warranty does not cover damage from subsequent storm events, accidents, or third-party modifications.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from window condition or repair outcomes.
Florida Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state of Florida.
